What products do you carry?
Elegant Gourmet features these lines of gourmet treats: Hannah's Delights and Elegant Sweets.
Elegant Sweets is a gourmet line of high-quality chocolate products. Our Chocolate Almond Toffee is made the old-fashioned way by hand with the simplest of ingredients. Elegant Sweets made this holiday favorite a family tradition in homes across the country. Included in the Elegant Sweets line are chocolate toffee shapes, café latte almonds, chocolate-covered bing cherries, and many seasonal specialties for Valentines Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Halloween and Christmas.
Hannah's Delights is a sophisticated line of cookies, mixes, candies, and seasonal specialties. Our famous Lemon Dream Cookies are known for their light, lemony flavor and distinct taste. This recipe won best cookie at the '97 Fancy Food Show. Available from September through December is Hanna's Delights collection. Included in this collection is Hannah's Creamy Hot Chocolate, Old Fashioned Peanut Butter Candy, Cookies, and many other wonderful products.
Do you carry new products? How can I learn about them?
All of Elegant Gourmet's new products are showcased on both our website, and through our new catalogs, which come out twice a year--in June and November. To learn more about our new products, simply contact us to request our publications by email, visit our Web site regularly, or call us at (425) 814-2500 to have our printed catalogs mailed to your physical address.
Elegant Gourmet prides itself not only on its quality product and designer packaging, but also on the fact that our packaging changes regularly. Our Hannah's Delights line, for example, is available year-round with a spring and summer garden tea party collection, and a fall and winter caroling party collection.

Payment
Do you have a minimum dollar amount required for each order?
If you are a retail customer we are pleased to welcome your order with no minimum, whether you've done business with us for years, or this is our introduction to one another. If you are a wholesale customer a minimum $150 order needs to be placed in order to receive wholesale pricing.
What methods of payment do you accept?
In addition to an established credit account with Elegant Gourmet, we accept VISA, AMEX, and Mastercard.
Volume Discounts
Do you offer large volume discounts?
Elegant Gourmet serves upscale retail outlets around the country, and can handle large volume orders. For volume discounts, please call us at (425) 814-2500, and ask for Customer Service.
Private-Label Projects
Can you handle private-label projects?
We provide custom packaging for companies such as Starbucks, Disney, Nordstrom and Harry & David. To discuss private-label projects, simply call us at (425) 814-2500 and ask for Customer Service.
Shipping
How long will it take to receive my order?
Overnight deliveries arrive within 2 to 4 days. 2-day deliveries arrive within 5 to 6 days. Ground Deliveries arrive within 8-10 days. Regrettably, Saturday and Sunday deliveries are not available. Elegant Gourmet does not ship to PO Box, APO or FPO addresses. Elegant Gourmet is not responsible for missing, stolen, or incorrectly addressed packages.
What shipping methods do you use?
How are freight costs calculated?
The freight cost on your order is determined by two factors: zip code and weight. We won't know the exact weight of your order until it's completely gathered and heading out the door. For rough estimates on your order's freight cost, however, you may contact customer service by calling (425) 814-2500.
Damaged Goods/Returns
What if part of my order is damaged or missing?
In the event that your product is damaged or missing, you must report it within 10 days of delivery to receive a complete refund or replacement of product. We kindly request that you please hold on to any orders with damaged goods so that we can issue a claim to the carrier company. The carrier will then decide if the product needs to be inspected. We will call you to let you know when you can release the product.
