Satisfying Cheddar Jam Snack

  • 1 bag Original or Whole Wheat Crocciantini
  • 1 jar of Strawberry or Raspberry jam or homemade organic fruit jam.
  • 16 oz block of white farmstead cheddar cheese aged 6 months.
  1. Break each Croscciantini cracker into four pieces.
  2. Slice a one inch by two inch piece of cheese, 1/4 inch thick from the block of cheese and place on cracker.
  3. Drizzle with Strawberry or Raspberry Jam on top of cheese. (any flavor fruit jam can be used; organic all fruit is best with a soupy consistency.)
  4. Consume immediately - Enjoy!
