Marshmallow and Chocolate Croccantini Dessert
- 1 bag of Original Crocciantini
- 1 bag of mini marshmallows
- 1 bag of chocolate chunks
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Slice up the mini marshmallows and sprinkle on to a plain croccantini and add the chocolate chunks.
- Place on a cookie sheet or pizza stone.
- Bake for 4 minutes, or until the croccantini starts to turn golden brown on the edges and the marshmallows get puffy and toasted.
There are lots of variations on this one. Sprinkle powdered sugar and cocoa powder on top to dress it up. Adding colored sprinkles or nonpareils can put a holiday twist on this variation of s'mores. Also, these are great warm from the oven, but make up a few extra and keep them handy for a treat anytime.
